② Waist: Measure around your waist at the narrowest part.
③ Hip: Standing with feet hip width apart, measure around your hips at the widest part.
④ Sleeve Length: With arm relaxed at your side and slightly bent, measure from center backneck, across shoulder to elbow and down to wrist.

Washing
- Machine washable on a wool or gentle cycle at temperatures ≤ 40°C. Wash separately from hard items. Laundry balls are not recommended.
