Trail Running Shoes Care Guide

Notes

1. Avoid prolonged wear in high-temperature conditions.
2. Do not use road running shoes for trail running.
3. Avoid contact with sharp objects.
4. It is recommended to rotate between two pairs of shoes to extend lifespan.

Cleaning & Washing

1. Prepare mild detergent, an old toothbrush or soft brush, cardboard, cloth, and stain remover (do not use strong or aggressive cleaning agents).
2. Outsole: Keep dry. Bbrush off mud with a stiff brush.
3. Upper: Remove laces and insoles. Brush off dust and dirt with a soft brush. Soak briefly in warm, soapy water, gently brush off remaining dirt, then rinse with clean water.
4. Insoles: Clean with mild soapy water or a baking soda solution. Rinse and air dry.
5. Laces: Rinse directly with clean water.
6. Remove insoles and allow shoes to air dry in a cool, dry place. Insoles may be placed in a well-ventilated, sunny area to dry.
