New Employee Growth Journey
KAILAS has designed a 21-day Growth Programme for new employees, extending internal training into outdoor sports experiences. This initiative immerses new members in natural environments, allowing them to appreciate the unique appeal of mountain outdoor activities while understanding KAILAS' corporate values and mission.

KAILAS Planet Exploration Programme
A sustainable initiative that enables employees to reconnect with nature.
The “Planet Exploration Programme” is a core employee‑care initiative under KAILAS’ ESG vision. It encourages employees to seek physical and mental renewal in natural environments through six themed outdoor exploration scenarios—hiking, mountaineering, skiing, running, climbing and cycling. In 2024, 1,152 employees participated, gaining hands‑on experience with mountain environments and strengthening their understanding of outdoor culture and product innovation.

Mountain Athlete Development Plan
KAILAS champions the “Mountain Sports Enthusiast” initiative, which not only cultivates employee wellbeing and interests but also represents a vital manifestation of the company's social responsibility. Through systematic training and diverse courses, we provide employees with safe, sustainable outdoor experiences that enhance environmental awareness and teamwork. In mountain sports, staff gain not only physical fitness and skills, but also a sense of responsibility to respect nature and protect the environment. This process tightly integrates employee wellbeing with sustainable development, making mountain sports a bond that drives personal growth, corporate responsibility, and shared social benefit.
Cultural Exchange
The company has integrated a bar counter within the office space, offering beverages to create an open and equal communication environment. This fosters relaxed and friendly interactions, strengthens team cohesion and reflects our commitment to well‑being, cultural diversity and sustainable workplace culture.
